"Selected Works" | Gallery Artists & PhotoNOLA 2017

NEW ORLEANS, La—Soren Christensen is pleased to present a group exhibition for December, featuring new & retrospective works from our talented roster. Featured artists include Gretchen Weller Howard, Evelyn Jordan, Kelli Scott Kelley, Audra Kohout, Lynn Sanders, Ed Smith, Thomas Swanston, and works from Steven Seinberg’s November solo gallery exhibition Under Light & Water.

The rear gallery will feature Chroma, the 9th exhibition in participation with PhotoNOLA. The exhibition features 3 female photographers, all alums of the event, who use color as a primary compositional element in the work. The show includes new works by New Orleans photographer Leslie-Claire Spillman (PhotoNOLA 2009), Arizona photographer Brooke Shaden (PhotoNOLA 2013), and New Jersey-based photographer Kimberly Witham (PhotoNOLA 2017).

Both exhibitions open Thursday, November 30th and will run through the end of December. The opening reception will be held on Saturday, December 2nd, in participation with the Arts District New Orleans first Saturday art openings.
